BasketBall Player Addition

Kendrick Perkins ( Arrested)

Ex- Celtic present thunder starter Kendrick Perkins pleaded not guilty to public intoxication charges. Perkins struggled after missing the start of the season. Perk averaged 6 points and 8 rebounds last year. Nate Robinson was also arrested for Public Urination. This is the forth off season arrest this year. ( Beasley was arrested for possession of Marijuana) ,( Deshawn Stevenson was arrested for intoxication)

Shaq (retired)

Ye it’s true the diesel has retired. He had a injury plague Celtic season but shaq still has been dominate. This is a quick summary of his Illustrious career. Shaq was the first overall pick in 1993 by the Orlando magic he would team with Horace Grant and Penny Haradway. The magic reached the finals in 1997 but failed to beat the veteran rockets. Shaq then joined Kobe in LA and the formed a duo who would win 3 consecutive championships. Shaq and Kobe then had a problem in 2004 and Shaq was sent to Miami where he and D-Wade would win a championship. Then in a trade with phoenix (for The Matrix) Shaq teamed up with Amare Stoudimire and Steve Nash to form a big three but shaq was over weight and no longer the star he once was. Shaquille struggled and in the end joined Cleveland to team up with James but even there he failed to produce. The 38 year old Shaq joined the Celtics For Full Article Read The Following g George Talk

Etwaun Moore (Europe)

Moore who was the Celtics second round pick signed with Benetton Treviso in the euro league. Moore will work out with the Celtics and hopefully will develop in Europe and return to the states.

Lorenzo Wright ( Murder)

( this is by request)

Lorenzo Wright was murdered in April last year and there still is no charges and suspects. Lorenzo was 34 and taking a year off to be with his family. Lorenzo had been a serviceable center for 12 seasons.

Michael Finely ( Retired)

After not playing for a year Finely has really retired. Finely was a key cog on several powerful teams including the Suns in 1995, The 1998 Mavs and the 2003 Spurs. Finely retired a Celtic. He averaged 4.6 points in his last season.

Ben Wallace (remain playing)

Wallace is 36 and still kicking but played only 58 Games. Big Ben is no longer good for 3 blocks a night but will likely get 6 rebounds 3 points and 1 block a game next season. I don’t see him playing to 40 but 38 is possible. The Pistons defiantly want him back and there is plenty of demand for a defensive big man.

Kobe Bryant ( Europe)

Kobe is now exploring foreign options now and will likely not sign but don’t be surprised if he signs. He is presently playing in the Philippines. Kobe is still capable of 25-30 points a night. And to end the rumors Kobe is named after a steak.

Ty Lawson ( Europe)

Ty Lawson recently signed with Zalgiris of the European team and will precede to play anywhere he can. Lawson is still the Nuggets starter despite the lockout. He averaged 11 points per game and nearly broke Ben Gordon’s threes in a game without a miss record.

Jerry Stackhouse (Retired)

After a brief stint in Miami Jerry stackhouse did not play. I believe this is all for stackhouse who was a core Mavericks during his days stackhouse also played for the Bucks, Pistons, Wizards and 6ers. Jerry wants to play in Italy but the aren’t interested in him. This is truly the end.. He is a two time all-star and averaged 18 points throughout his career.

Leandro Barbosa ( south America)

The Brazilian Blur has had frequent had issues and now with the lockout it seemed fit for him to retire but luckily he signed a contract with a Brazilian team. Barbosa will likely comeback to the states when the lockout ends.

Jason Kidd( remain Playing)

Jason Kidd says he would like to remain in the L for another 4 years and will contemplate playing into his forties. Kidd is coming off a 7.9 points per game season and a 8.2 assist season. He is Second all time in assists.

Antoine Walker ( Comeback)

Antoine Walker tried to make a comeback season but it failed and ended up pleading guilty to passing bad checks. Walker also played for the Idaho stampede this year. In the Minors he averaged 16 points in 43 games and 39 starts. He added 6 rebounds and 3 assists.

Juwan Howard ( Remain Playing)

The 38 year old ex all star juwan Howard wants to remain playing but it is doubtful even the size starved heat want him back. The league forgot about him and apparently his team did two as he only played 57 games and averaged 2 points and two rebounds. Howard was a injury prone star for 4 years in the early 2000`s.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas( Remain Playing)

Illguskus has accepted his player option for next year and will likely back up Joel Anthony or Haslem. Big Z was praised by many Cavs fans for years but was trade d away then signed with Miami. He has a good mid ranged J.

Nick young (Waived)

Young was waived from his Drew League team because after 4 games of averaging40 points he complained about not winning MVP. Yes he is still a wizard. His drew league team was then lit up by KD.

Carl Landry ( Free Agent)

Carl has game though 12 points doesn’t show it he played much better with out David (west) Landry is a free agent and said he wants to go to Portland. With west’s Injury I am sure the Hornets will due everything possible to retain him. Landry was a core player in there playoff run.

David West ( Injury)

David West is recovering from a ACL tear. The tear was as good and clean as can be. He wants to re-sign with the Hornets or move to a contender. West Averaged 19 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per game.
Lockout Update

There hasn’t been a update except that it looks very similar to the 1998 lockout. The likely hood this will be resolved before a game is missed a very little as they cant find out where to meet and after a pay check is missed there will be a deal, Hopefully.

The What was the Best move poll is closed and the results were Patriots signing Haneysworth 3 ,Patriots signing Ocho cinco ,Patriots trading Away randy Moss 3 , Red sox trading for Mike Aviles 1, Red sox trading for Eric Bedard 0, Celtics trading away Perk for Green 0. Thanks for voting!!!

Larry Bird Vs Reggie Miller

Larry Bird and Reggie Miller were both stars and now they’re going at it. Bird is the pacers GM but his contract is up and he could get replaced by Reggie Miller. Bird has run the Franchise Well But now it appears that Bird will be released. Dunleavy was over paid and went down hill while he carefully used the injury prone oniel( Jermaine) to his advantage. Granger, George Hill, Collison and Hibbert could be a big four soon and role players T.J Ford , Brandon Rush and Dahntay Jones fill there Backcourt. James Posey and Paul George Back up Granger while Hansbougher is Backed up by Josh McRoberts and Mike Dunleavy. Hibbert is spelled by the Aging Jeff Foster and prospect Solomon Jones. They have a good coach in Vogel. Now the Question is who is Re-signed Dunleavy, Ford, Jones, Posey and the other Jones. Oh yah do they keep bird or go with Miller I will keep you updated.
