Theo Epstien No longer works for the Red Sox as he signed a contract with the Cubs. The Sox will replace him with there assistant GM. Theo brought Boston 2 championships in about 10 years we employed him in 2002. He found star prospects David Ortiz, Jonathan Papelbon and present prospects Daniel Bard and Jacoby Ellisbury. The contributions include signing Tito and drafting players Josh Reddick and Ryan Kalish. He brought stars Curt Schilling (Retired), Pedro Martinez Hanely Ramirez (traded), Josh Beckett (active) , David Ortiz (active), Jonathan Papelbon ( Active), Mike Lowe ( retired), Jacoby Ellsibury ( Active), Dustin Pedrioa (active), Jon Lester (active), Adrian Gonzalez ( Active), Tim Wakefield (active) and the fails John Lackey ( Active), Carl Crawford ( Active), J.D Drew (Retired?), Victor Martinez (Traded) Manny Ramirez( Note He did star but then failed, ) (Traded then Retired), Pedro Martinez ( Second Try)( Retired).   He will be shipped as the Sox already informed there Assistant GM of his promotion.  It is un clear how long it could take for the deal to officaly be cleared.  The Red Sox could recieve picks, Players or money for Theo.
