The NFl injury Bug

so many players are lost to injury every year in every sport but in just the past two weeks dozens of players have been injured,  my question: is this seasons injury bug in the NFL at all related to the most recent crack down on synthietic testosterone (steriod)
so far this year there have been losts of injuries here they are:

Darrius Heyward-bey: Returned: councussion

With all of these injuries lesser players like Larod Stephens-Howling, Golden Tate and Doug Baldwin have all found fantasy value, here is my top 10 surprizes of the year:

1. Sidney Rice WR Seahawks
who could have seen this, a comeback season.

2. James Jones WR Packers
when Jennings misses time he is a top 20 WR, 6 TD's in three games thats impressive.

3. Kevin Kolb QB Cardinals
After 2 straight stuggling seasons he has come alive in Arizona. Is he finally living up to his potential?

4 .Doug Baldwin WR Seahawks
A solid 4/5 reciever, he is a decent option in deep fantasy leagues.

5. Andre Brown RB Giants
The rookie came out of nowhere to be a two week sub.

6.  Joique Bell RB Lions
An upcoming third down back that Nobody saw coming, nice hedge to LeShoure. He is also a rook.

7. Darryl Richardson RB Rams
Another rookie RB, he has teamed with S-Jax and barring an injury to S-Jax could start.

8. Stevan Ridely RB Patriots
A breakout canidate going into the season, he definetly broke out.

9. Anquan Boldin WR Ravens/ Sanantiono Holmes WR Jets
The aging starters..... Boldin struggled early but is making a comeback while Holmes seemed to be on the verge of number 3 WR value until his season ended.

10.  Brady Quinn QB Chiefs
Nobody thought he would every start again but he is..... once Cassel went down.
