Rondo
Rajon Rondo, Celtics star, is done. He has been a huge part of the team but he tore his ACL and without him the Celtics are quoting Achmed dead, "screewed". Without there super star PG the BA and the team is reeling. Now Derek Rose and Rondo, two of the leagues most explosive players, have missed or will miss two straight seasons. This is horrible news but back to the Celtics budding starters Avery Bradley and Jared Sullinger will be asked to do even more and to go along with what rivers said "No major minutes will be changed" everyone has to step up a bit. Brandon Bass joins Gasol as the latest PF's to be benched for poor play. Rondo was having a boss year an had lots of triple doubles and more importantly was the leagues leading assist man. He averaged 14 PPG 11 AST and 6 REB. He had been one of the top 10 players this year. One, no two things I guarantee is that Allen Iverson and Keyon Dooling aren't going to be the replacements. Dooling is working the Pedro Martinez role of the Celtics, former player recently retired, turned executive, while Allen Iverson refuses to prove his worth in the D-league.

1. J.R Smith
My defensive player:Larry Sanders
Most Improved player: Klay Thompson (runner ups:Serge Imbaka, Larry Sanders and James Harden)
Finally my MVP: Kevin Durant
Why, Because the Knicks, Spurs, Heat and Thunder are the top teams and the chair is either there pronged or more for all the others but Serge isn't a mega stud like Westbrook and Durant. KD leads the league in scoring and is still an improving Rebounder and overall team player. J.R Smith is streaky but has played in some big games. With out another real SG, Smith is a stud fantasy wise. White the starter is a high flying defensive player. Klay Thompson had a good end of year last year but is finally becoming a stud. Soon he'll be an MVP candidate. Expect great things. Sanders is the blocks leader and deserves it more than anybody, he also steals the ball more than your average big. Lillard and Drummond Dueled out for this award but Lillard is dazzling Personally he shouldve been an all star with those fat stats. DH12 is the biggest failure since well ever. He sucks as a Laker trade em do something but man he sucks.
The Rudy Gay Trade
Then the Rudy Gay trade. This trade has had plenty of rumors but now it's next to official the grizzlies, desperate to get cap relief, trade there best player, who is 27, for Jose Calderon and Ed Davis of Toronto. Why you ask.... Because Davis is a future star PF and Jose is consider by some (and me) the most tradable player. He has an over priced contract but is a decent point and elite passer. He is also a decent 3pt baller. They also made the trade because earlier this month they shipped Mareese spieghts to the cavs for nothing so they got cap relief. They needed a new big man depth. Now to replace they re departing all star SF they will most likely flip Jose Calderon to the pistons for Tayshaun Prince. Personally if i was the Griz i wouldn't have made this deal but the big winner is Toronto. Three George favs are on they re team. And i still like the front court. Barganni is a solid 3pt shooter and is working on his rebounding. Toronto also has decent and athletic Amir Johnson. My favs there are stud Kyle Lowry, SF Rudy Gay and my defensive dynamo: Landry Fields. The assets
Rudy Gay- Forgot to scratch this he's gone.Tayshaun prince- an aging SF with a expiring contract and good defensive skills.
Jose Calderon- a passer and three point shooter w/ decent contract.
Fab Melo- A raw defensive Celtic likely trade bait.
Dwight Howard- If healthy he is good but injuries have derailed a hall of fame career.
Gerald Wallace- A big contract and average talent but he could be a finals difference maker.
Marcus Camby- An injury prone backup he would fit in with any contender.
Austin Daye- A defensive SF he is versatile and a package w/ Prince.
DeMarcus Cousins- A disgruntled all star, he needs a big role to live up to his potential.
Pau Gasol- An all star PF struggling and lacks rebounding he could bounce back if traded.
Chris Bosh- The only trade able heat player. He could be exchanged for role players.
Eric Bledsoe- An elite young talent whom could emerge as a future starter
Avery Bradley- A young defensive minded Celtic. He could be traded but i don't expect it.
